In this little policy of ours, we explain how we use your data.
We do this just for fun, we’re not here to track your data, re-market to you (unless you say we can on a form) in any way shape or, well form. The only data we “capture” from you is what you enter in our forms and is only used for the totalling up of distances in our challenge.
When we ask for your email address, it is only to send you a confirmation email to confirm your activity so that we can add the activity to our total. Once your activity has been confirmed or activated by you, we delete your email address as we really don’t want it anymore. If you haven’t / don’t activate or confirm your email address, we will delete it from our system after 7 days, to give you time to add to our challenge.
Your personal data is just that, we won’t publish it, share it or do anything with it that doesn’t directly help the challenge. We’re only interested in adding miles to the total, not spam to your email!
We do not and will not share your data with anyone else. Anything you add to the GED Challenge is purely for the purpose of the challenge and to have a bit of fun with exhibition colleagues around the world.
